How ripened do you enjoy to be to whip a sleeping pill?
How old do you have to be to take an over the counter sleeping pill? Im not looking to overdose. Please solely serious answers. Thanks

you are old enough if the store will sell it to you. But if you are have trouble getting or staying asleep try exercise on a regular basis for 2 to 3 weeks, herbal teas like chamomile or black caffeine free tea, a warm hip bath or a good book. Not sleeping really bites, I know I am an insomniac and it is not only unhealthy but a lonely place to find yourself. Hope you catch some relief from the problem you are trying to find an answer to. I wasn't worried about an overdose too much, trying to overdose on something anyone can buy usually just make you really sick and wishing you were dead, please don't move about that route.
diphenhydramine is a typical "sleeping pill" it is also an anti-histamine (for allergies)
this is not one of the regulated or monitored otc drugs like dxm, pseudoephedrine etc.
it could depend on how you purchase it. Chances are that a cashier would question a 13 year elderly buying tylenol pm, but would not think twice about the same client buying benedryl. idk- possibly i am way off with that oversimplification.
if you are less than 16, you should discuss these things with your parents or doctor. sometimes insomnia is a symptom of other health problems.
