Pediatricians? Is it concrete at adjectives?

I recently went to the doctor and It took me forever and there be no outcome. I had to go to the doctor because I broke my finger and i needed to get a referall, and the simply way to get one was to progress to the pediatrician. First of all I wait in the organization for 30 minutes, and there is no one there. Then they name me up and im in room 8, so I looked in all the rooms and within was 1 room filled with another girl waiting. I look within the pediatricians office and he is sitting there reading a book. WTF. So I get surrounded by the office and I wait there for over an hour. So I am thoroughly angry and get up and go in his organization and ask him what is going on. He said he will be right with me. In another 30 min. he comes in. I already know what I have (mallet finger) so I let somebody know him. He said that isn't even a thing and that I was reading the internet too much. he said he is not qualified to do anything about it and give me a referall. no suprise there. after I left I realize that this doctor or any of my other doctors havent done jack for me whenever I go in that. Its always a "oh you have a stomach ache and a headache, you hold a virus." or "i'll test you for strep" They never are specific in anything. Is being a pediatrician knotty? I am pretty sure I could do it. Oh you have a swollen finger, here is a referall and my secretary will give u the name of a moral doctor. Oh you need a physical, let me feel your ball and measure you. Oh your stomach hurts, u have a virus. Do you guys agree with me?
