I purely have a thistle spine within my foot i removed it, for a while blood appeared but simply tiny bit.....?
now its left a tiny round mark where on earth i removed the spine.
it is stinging but not as bad as it did say 10minutes ago.
i have put a moment or two antiseptic lotion on aswell.
can you give me any advise ?

If your tetanus is upto date, nothing to verbs about. Probably nothing to worry going on for anyway.
Wash it near soap and water to remove any remaining chemical from the plant that might be causing the stinging. Encourage it to bleed, this helps flush out germs as well. Get some distilled water, affix some liquid antiseptic (eg Dettol) solution into it, as stated by the directions on the bottle.
Wash the wound with the antiseptic solution.
Apply a clean ice pack.
See a doctor if you believe the wound has been infected. Symptoms will be redness, swelling, puss coming out.
