Recently started taking Prozac. I'm experiencing symptoms; is this commonplace?

I have resently started taking Prozac and I'm experiencing night sweats. Is this normal? Also, my memory seem to be really poor since I have started this medication, is this also normal?
What are the side effects of this drug, how long do they last? any info. would be assiduous?
I have been taking Prozac for 1 week now. I hold also noticed that my mood has become worst. Especially at night.

idk but i was taking Celexa & that was scheduled to me so they put me on Prozac

Hmm never hear of night sweats as a side effect but thats just me. Ask your doctor/psychiatrist. Yeah i experienced poor memory for a few days and it eventually goes when you catch used to the drug. I would expect all side effects to go away around about 3 weeks max
Keep taking the drug, some inhabitants find it makes them feel worse before it make them better.

side effects are: nausea, weight loss/gain, diarrhea, dry mouth, insomnia, and hyperactivity for some.
