1500mg Acetaminophen within 1 dose chancy?
I rarely take pain relievers and dont drink more than perchance two times max a week. Will I be alright if I took 1500mg acetaminophen at once? Major migraine is the reason by the way.

It isn't dangerous, it's just misguided. Acetaminophen (and the NSAID's, too) exhibits a plateau response, so three pills won't do you any more apt than two. Good luck with the headache.
Yes, it is okay. You start reaching toxic levels at approximately 4 g within 24 hours (so if you took 1500 mg every 8 hours, you would start irreversibly damaging your liver). But 1500 in one dose is ok.
As a side note, alcohol lowers the toxic smooth, so don't ever take the two together!
