Is it a moral conception to starve the stomach flu?

It seems like if you don't have any food within your stomach, the acid will damage the stomach lining. And your body won't hold energy to fight it off lacking food.

I have the stomach flu and feel very hungry, even so don't feel like eating. I feel the same yesterday after an episode of nausea and ate toast, white rice and chicken noodle soup. Today I had Cheerios w/o milk, a chocolate chip chewy bar (25% smaller number sugar), some cornbread, a single Triscuit and a little bite off of the end of a slice of toast. I started fear ill again and have been unsettled all night. I haven't thrown up yet surrounded by these two days and had one really runny BM yesterday.

Is it possible that it's ending? Or will it get worse because I didn't gain the virus out. Since I'm starving there's nothing in my stomach but bile to achieve up anyway.

Its sucks when you have the flu espessially the hungry constituent. But I would suggest next time that a few days after you get the flu (and stopped throwing up) you should eat single a few things 1. Sprite 2.Saltine crackers 3. toast or 4. Yogurt. All those things calm your stomache and do not have that many acids contained by them. You do usually feel a bit nausious after eating for a while maybe, but it might enjoy ment you ate too much. But it won't get worse if you ate, you just might have upset it a bit. I would say to continue to munch through and dont think about it. JUST EAT! YOU CANT STARVE YOURSELF!! you will die if you starve yourself. It takes 3 days to enjoy the bile and acid to start killing the stomach lining, 7 days to start ruining muscle, and 15 days to ruin bone. You will die if you starve
