Vineet is probaly wronng. You would need a extremely virulent virus to last for about a month. Those symptoms to me even to me may even nouns like a case of diabetes. Maybe even a tapeworm, round worm, or other parasitic worm in you. (because of the wieght loss and softend stool) Maybe even tumor growth. But then again you might just have a extremely virulent virus. Either way consult a MD now.
