Why won't arterial blood drop out of an ABG plunger , but venous blood will?

I think it's because arterial blood carries oxygen while venious blood doesn't.
I own no idea what you're talking about. The blood act the same, regardless of which vessel you draw it from.

At least it has within my 20 years of experience.
