Tramadol, does this effect the pill?

Prescribed tramadol after surgery, but forgot to ask if it has any effect on the pill. Anyone know?
Answers:
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic recoil: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
emt Stop using tramadol and call your doctor at once if you hold any of these serious side effects:

* seizure (convulsions);
* a red, blistering, peeling skin rash; or
* shallow breathing, delicate pulse.

Less serious side effects may include:

* dizziness, drowsiness, weakness;
* nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite;
* blurred vision;
* flushing (redness, warmth, or tingly feeling); or
* sleep problems (insomnia).

This is not a complete register of side effects and others may occur. Tell your doctor about any unusual or bothersome side effect.
Tramadol is fine with the pill.
If you hold had any antibiotics before, during or after your surgery, you will need to use another method of contraception for 7 days after the final antibiotic dose. Source(s): Medical professional
no tramadol doesn't affect the pill as its a painkiller but antibiotics do so if you ever have to take antibiotics use condoms up to seven days after finishing them Source(s): i have them
