Is it deadly to purloin different tablets at equal time?

I take 3 tablets every morning, all very close together, possibly 10 second difference per tablet
i have fish oil tablet, garlic and parsley and a vitamin c tablet

is it fine to take adjectives 3 at the same time?

These pills seem fine to take together. However, I would not recommend it.

Other pills, pills that doctors recommend to suffering patients, when taken together could hold bad effects on the body. As such, you sometimes see "take with food", "do not thieve with.." and etc.
It can be harmful to take specific medication during the same or short period within respectively other. Examples are MAO and SSRIs.

These tablets are fine to take with each other.
