Could Cause Sickness
Some medications require you to chomp through 30 minutes before, because it can affect the absorption of the medication, therefore certainly decreasing the amount of medication that goes into the bloodstream, which is often coined, "bio-availability", which means solitary a percentage of the medication will be absorbed, say you took a medication at 30 MG, maybe individual half of that would be absorbed actually; adjectives medications are different, they are formulated different, while 30 MG could be a very small dose, 2 MG of a substance could be a very large dose for a medication, it all depends on how the medication is formulated.

It has to do with the acidity/basicity of the drug. A drug can either be spellbound through the stomach or intestines. The stomach has an acidic environment, which is good for bitter drugs, and the intestines have a basic environment (which is good for supporting drugs). The goal is to absorb the most amount of drug possible (higher bioavailability for the body).

Drugs taken with food ultimate longer in your stomach. If you take a drug on an empty stomach, it will endorse quicker through the stomach.

So if your drug is acidic, you want to take it with food because it will ultimate longer in the stomach, making the drug more stable and able to be absorbed within the stomach. It can't be absorbed as well in the intestines, because the supporting envrionment of the intestines will make it useless.

The opposite holds true for drugs that are basic. You want to pinch them on an empty stomach (30 mins before or after a meal) so that they pass through the stomach quicker (the stomach will trade name the basic drugs useless). The basic drugs will then realize the intestines quicker, which have no effect on basic drugs. This will make it easier to hold your attention the basic drug through the intestines.
