What is the procedure for getting lymphocyte from blood?near citation pls?

Please help.and is lymphocyte same as mononuclear cells?
I read a journal that debate about using lymphoprep..wat is the significance...?
Answers:
Lymphocytes are developed from a certain kind of stem cell into T cell, B cells and natural killer (NK) cell.
A mononuclear cell is a cell with one nucleus (not a polymorphneuclear cell) and could be a lymphocyte or monocyte. Lymphoprep is used in blood separation when you do centrifugation to separate cells of different densities. Source(s): http://www.axis-shield-density-gradient-…
