Damage from a b-12 injection?

almost 4 months ago, I recieved a b-12 shot from my doctor...my hip remains numb all around the area..almost including my entire hip. I have sharp pains, and very soon I am starting to have my leg ache and collapse when walking..

is this permanent? what is it>? will it ever progress away?

That almost sounds like sciatica, have you been checked or agree to them know you have had this problem since the injection.
