What would a blood example near anticoagulant look resembling after 30 min?
The blood was transferred to vials with anticoagulant after extraction. After a while, what would the sample look similar to? Will it have significant changes in appearance or will it essentially be like?

The erythrocytes will sediment at the bottom of the sample tube. So the top of the tube will be serum so yellow in colour and the bottom will be that erythrocytes thus shade red in colour.
