Is surgery for narrowing the face(bone-wise, not the head) by 1 inch an available choice? is it too treacherous?

I'm depressed about my wide face. I'm wondering if surgery is a upright idea.

I've never heard of such a procedure. I can't even imagine which bones they could dwindle. You'd have to consult a plastic surgeon, but I don't think it can be done. Source(s): I'm a physician.
