i went to the hospital, but they didn't pump my stomach just inject me with drug through an IV for two days...when can i drink alcohol again?
Answers:
wait at least 72 hours
I would think you have a problem if you overdosed aspirin and in a minute you only want to know how soon you can start drinking. You sound like a great contestant for help.
I also think there is a bigger issue here. If you had an fluky overdose, (for example some people may have a really bad toothache one hours of darkness, and because of the pain take more than the recommended dose of an OTC analgesic like aspirin and as a result they wind up up with an overdose), then you should wait at lowest possible a good two weeks to allow your system (especially your GI tract) to recover.

If this was not an chance overdose (and it seems as though it probably was not), then I would vote there is no safe time for you to start drinking alcohol again, as you must be suffering from severe depression, and those who suffer from depression should not drink alcohol, as it is a depressant and will do nothing but complicate the underlying issue.

I devise you need to go and seek some treatment, and put adjectives of your efforts into laying off any drugs (legal and illicit alike) such as alcohol but either way, you need to lurk at least 2 weeks. Source(s): Toxicologist
