That doesn't even make sense.
Whatever effects the Lortab and Xanax are having you are going to be stuck beside for a few hours. And you can try to sleep, the medications should help you do that.

And for the record (not that I necessarily recommend this) doctors habitually prescribe benzodiazepines like Xanax (but more often other drugs) with twinge medication because of the synergetic effect.
