A regular pain reliever can annihilate you too if your overdose yourself?

Just because Marylin Monroe used painkillers I think.You won't need a stronger medicine to do that?Those things are so damn strong?I don't want to snuff out myself,I'm just asking.Oh,and what does it do to your brain or your system that you will die?I know that drinking a lot of alcohol ruins your liver and that's why you die.I want some scientific explanation,NOT suicide helping tips!I'm really not thinking of suicide,believe me!

I don't think that overdosing on a painkiller will kill you unless your overdosing by extreme amounts everyday.
Marilyn Monroe used pain killers, but those are NOT what killed her. She accidentally overdosed using sleeping medication next to possible mix of alcohol.
Depends on the medication, as to how it can slay you. There are different kinds of pain killers.
