What are the probability of serverly suffering from an asprin overdose?

a couple years ago, i OD'ed on over 100 aspirin pills as a suicide attempt. i didn't tell anyone, didn't get treated for it and i managed to gain thru it without any type of pain. the type of aspirin was bufferin. anyone know the likelihood of being totally fine after an OD like that?

You be lucky they were buffered aspirin which are easier on the stomach than plain aspirin. The person I know recovered from the suicide attempt but has developed 2 stomach ulcer and can never take an medication with aspirin again. But more importantly have you gotten aid for the reason you decided to try suicide?
