How can i attain myself to step to sleep hasty the first sunshine of college?

lately i've been sleeping at four and waking up at 1pm.
school starts tomorrow.
sleeping pills dont work outstandingly well for me but of course ill
make available them a try . tireing myself out makes me even want to
sleep more. asny other ideas?

Unfortunately you waited until the hours of daylight before to try to correct it so there is only so much you can do. If you started to correct your sleep programme a few days prior to starting school it would have been easier and in good health. If you are of legal age you could take a hot bath by candle pallid and indulge in a glass of wine (or some kind of alcohol). Alcohol is a unprocessed depressant so it will slow you down and allow you to relax. Then when you are ready for bed, wear a sleep mask and lay down until you fall asleep. No TV, no music, no frothy, just make yourself lay there even if you're not tired. Eventually you will go down asleep. Don't forget to set your alarm! If you are not of legal drinking age you could substitute nyquil for the alcohol (although it's not really good for you to take it on a regular proof as a sleep aid so don't get into the habit).
