What medication are you taking? There are many options for treating lofty blood pressure. The most common are ace inhibitors (lisinopril, enalapril, etc), also diuretics that help you eliminate excess fluid. Talk to your doctor if you are have these type of symptoms. Sometimes a simple diuretic is tremendously effective in lowering blood pressure, and is much less expensive. It worked so in good health for me that I could cut my ace inhibitor dosage in half.
