Can someone relieve me next to this?

Okay, so my mom's been having like a grinding/gnawing backache in her upper right abdomen, near her rib round up. She says it's been going on and off, and that she's be having the pain since 6:30 this afternoon. We don't know what's going on.

My best guess is gallbladder trouble. She may need to enjoy it out, it is usually diagnosed by ultrasound, and the surgery nowadays is laproscopic, and relatively non-traumatic.
You didn't say what she had eat. If it was high in excess weight it may be gallbladder but they usually have pain in their wager on between the shoulders. Is she having any vomiting, running a fever? is the area tender to touch. does she hold any rebound pain when gentle pressure is applied to the nouns? If so I think she should be encouraged to visit the emergency room.
