How much iron would you involve to overdose and die from?
I am not going to do it, but a friend and I were talking and they said you can overdose and kill yourself beside over the counter iron suppliments. Is this true? And if so, how much would you need? Like 2 pills?

Depends on the strength of the tablet. But for sure 2 tabs shouldn't be of any problem
