If i want to be a Neurosurgeon where on earth can i volunteer?

im in 8th grade and i want to be a neurosurgeon so if i want to volunteer somewehere do i ask at a normal hospital or some where on earth else?

A hospital with a brain injury department or inpatient rehabilitation unit. Usually, the larger the hospital, the more likely they are to own one or the other.
