I forgot to clutch my antibiotic what should i do?

ok so im supposed to take my antibiotic every 6 hours.
i was supposed to take on at 11:20 but forgot
it is in a minute 2:36 and i remembered around 2:10 so i took it at 2:10
since im supposed to take it each 6 hrs but i got sour schedule should i take my next one at 5:20 similar to i was supposed to or should i take it at 8:20 which is 6 hrs after 2:20?

I'd cart your next dose at it's regularly scheduled time, and just grasp back on your regular schedule.
