Could Stem Cells repair the optic courage?

I had a big fall off my bike, and lost pretty much adjectives vision in my left eye. I can simply see black, grey, brown and white (not easily like in on top form eyes, and i can only see shapes and outlines of objects around me. My right eye however is 100% Perfect and healthy (luckily). I have hear and seen on T.V about Stem Cells. Can they repair the damage within the optic nerve? PS. What are the visual requirements for a drivers' license in Europe?

Right now, the technology is not developed ample to help you. The stem cell clinics overseas do not publish any evidence of efficacy. They have no evidence of what happens to the cell they inject (if they inject any at all). These clinics offer false hope at an exorbitant price. The article I am linking you will explain.
