How long does it nick side effects to show?
I began taking Topamax on August 12th for complex migraine disorder after I developed two clots in my brain. Up until now i've feel fine other than about a week ago my fingers & toes started tingling every now and after, but they say that's expected and should go away.
Now, it's the 27th, 15 days after I started taking it and i'm experiencing nausea, back strain, intolerance to carbonated drinks/several foods, brain fog (it's like I know what i'm doing one minute and then i'm spaced out), my period is in arrears (and I know i'm not pregnant 100% sure), mood swings, eye pain, and occasionally I feel dizzy or light head.
Have any of you taken this pill and experienced these side effects? Is two weeks the normal time it takes for side effects to start? I have a doctor's appointment monday, i'm thinking of getting switched to something else for migraines, this purely isn't worth it!

Some side effects happen right away, some start after some time, some can happen unpredictably even after taking a medication for years.
Definitely talk to your doctor. Dizziness, sleepiness, confusion, memory and dialogue problems, mood disturbances, vision problems and nausea are all reported side effects of topiramate. Eye pain is apology enough to stop taking it, the drug can induce glaucoma, there might be other things going on, its a drug with complex effects, see:

As the above FDA association says besides immediate discontinuation of the drug other medical intervention (likely special eye drops) might be needed. If its glaucoma you could have binding vision loss.
You also could have altered electrolyte levels as the drug sometimes inhibits sweating.
