Info on the pill or the injection please?
Me and boyfriend use condoms but have decided i want to go on the pill or hold the injection. Has anyone had either of these and could you tell me a bit information about them? I will be going to the doctors next week but i just want rather information what to expect and that. I dont want to really take a pill everyday so do you think going on the injection would be better? But then i hold no clue what pills there are just i heard theres different type and how long does the injection ending and is it the same protection? Also when i do go on the pill or have the injection does this aim i dont have to use condoms we will but say if we forgot would it matter to much.

i've be on the pill, patch and had the injection. i loved the injection best because it was only once every three months and i didnt own to worry about gettin a period. it be very convenient. I didnt have any negative side effects on the injection. I be on the injection for two years. The patch was the second best. More convenient than the pill. i had a period beside it but no bad side effects with that either

I had a great experience beside the pill. your doctor will decide which one is right for you. they have lots of good benefits resembling clear skin, breast growth, and manages your periods and cramps really well too! the solely problem is remembering to take them on time EVERY day! thats why i tried Depoprovera "the shot" it wasnt right for me. i gain 20 lbs. which is common, and it made my hair fall out, and spectator sport me migrain headaches so bad that they actually put me on a low-does narcotic untill it be all out of my symptom. but the plus, you only have to obtain it once, and its good for 3 months!
they each have different hormones within them and only you and your doctor can decide which is best for you. it'll depend on your health, mass, family history, and personal preferences.

the injection isnt recommended for anyone under 20 as it causes osteoporosis (weakening of the bones that cause them to break easy.)
the pill is bad because if you vomit, have diorrhea, or help yourself to other meds they stop working. Also, unless you are the most well organised person evr you will forget it! trust me you will, i always did. and i know so heaps people who have got pregnant on it.

i was on the patch which was good because it be really sticky and didnt fall off even in the tub. You only had to change it once a week so you be less likely to forget to take it. Plus, when you wear it you dont own a period while wearing it and the doctors say its safe to with the sole purpose have four periods a year... which is handy!

To be honest, the pill and the injection are all at hand for the same reason... to prevent pregnancy.. however, the pill and the injection effect everyone differently. I'd speak with a doctor roughly what's best for you. I'm personally on deprovera. Some people gain weight from the pill, and others don't. I've never have a problem with it... I've maintained my same weight and lost my time of year. I've been on it for a little over a year. It's great. You could always try the depo shot and if it isn't for you, switch to the pill....
You should BOTH other use protection meaning you use BC and him use a CONDOM.. the pill/injection doesn't protect you from STD's...
