Question give or take a few organ donation?

I'm on the organ donor register in the UK but I was wondering what would happen if I died contained by another country, would they not be allowed to use them for people in that country? I'm talking in the region of countries where it is legal to donate organs though, I know some don't allow it anyway

Here in the US, regardless of whether or not you are on an organ donor enumerate, the procurement organizations still require next-of-kin permission. Those organs would be used locally.
