I have the worst chest pains of my vivacity a few weeks ago.. call 911.. andd....?

i am 19 years old. a little over weight..the hospital didnt furnish me an ekg...... they just told me i had anxiety and i could go home.. how could they know it be anxiety without ruleing anything else out? i ended up going to my docter after it happend again and she gave me one and my she say my resting heartrate is to high.. is there a number i can call.. did they do anything bent?

You don't requirement an EKG to measure a heart rate. Just a finger and a stopwatch.

Did the hospital miss a diagnosis that required immediate attention? Did you suffer harm because of it? If not, next, sorry, you didn't win the medical malpractice lottery that people seem to want to play (and is the main intention healthcare costs are so high)
