Questions give or take a few Vitamin B12 tablets?

Do I need to take them on a full stomach? and are there any purpose why it wouldn't get absorbed?
Thanks
Answers:
Your displaying the symptoms of someone with the inability to engage B12 and possibly pernicious anaemia.Best get yourself checked out as it can be dangerous.

They should be taken on a full stomach and they are fine to take beside iron. You shouldn't really take iron unless prescribed.Infact come to think of it hair loss and fatigue can be cause by too much iron so before you go messing yourself up even more get a doc to check you out.

Either complaint can be serious.
Have you be prescribed them? If so, it will tell you on the packet whether to take them with meal etc.
However, in my case, I had to own B12 jabs monthly as I couldn't absorb it.
I thought that you only needed the jabs or iron supplements rather than oral B12, as I thought the shortage be always due to an absorbtion problem... Source(s): B12 jabs every pregnancy.
