Want to be an ER doctor, or do i?
i am 13 year old girl and i have this massive dream to become an ER doctor, i wanted to be a doctor since i be 6 but last year my friend fell of a tree when we were in the woods next to no help possible so i gathered my resources and created a splint for her injury so now i want ot practice emergency medication, also the tv shows i watch a pretty persuasive too. are the things that make me want to be an er doctor realistic or not?!?!

It dosn't matter what made you WANT to be a doctor.. the fact is that you have a commitment and excitement for it. GO FOR IT> stick by your dreams and don't let anyone talk you out of them.
sure, you obviously have potential. but you're only 13 and you'll have need of more than potential. wait until you take biology and chemistry in elevated school to decide whether or not it's your passion. and it might be. hang about it out :)
First of adjectives ER stands for emergency room. They try to stabilize everything from broken arms to major hive for one of the main doctor on duty to take perfectionism of. They are mostly general doctors specializing on one specific areas of medicine. They deal near load of trauma patients and that equals lots of drama There is loads of work to be had in this department so you hold to love what you are doing in order for you to last within the ER. I say go for it and try to specialize in a specific nouns for then you have the option to switch if you consistency you can deal with being an ER doctor.

Well, if you want to be an ER doctor because you love ER the TV show, I've got to tip off you, it's not much like that. For one thing, I've looked for years, and George Clooney is nowhere to be found. ;-)
Actually, I think you could do worse than be inspired by some of the honest TV shows out there. ER is exciting work. On the other hand, even if you think you know for sure that you want to be a doctor, don't be surrounded by too much of a rush to think you know exactly what you want your specialty to be. You have a long way to travel yet, and there are a lot of great specialties you probably haven't even hear of, let alone thought about, yet.
You are probably for a time young for this yet, but once you're in illustrious school, one of the best things you can do is to find a hospital with an ER you can volunteer in--it will be great experience and it will look fantastic on your college applications when the time comes.
You still have lofty school and college to go before you even apply to med academy, and three years of med school before you have to start thinking in the order of specialties, so is thinking you want to do ER unrealistic now? Maybe. But who cares? Why not start thinking about it precipitate, and trying it out as soon as you can? Just keep an open mind as you continue through your schooling.
