Is fast (and no water) correct for your body for 16 hours within 110 scope temperature?

It is the holy month of Ramadan. The temperature in places like Mecca is over 110 degree and days are 16 hours. If you fast and do not drink water for 30 days, what are the long-term impacts on your kidneys and other organs?

Religions do crazy things to those who follow them. This is one of them.

Fasting like that obviously isn't healthy, but that isn't the point.
It is not "normal" for a human to step without water for 16 hours but it will not kill you unless you are highly sick already, and the sick are exempt from fasting. If you go for 3 days, 72 hours, it will do harm but they don't do that, basically sunup to sundown. They do it and survive with no aparent ill effects.
