Your A levels will transport far more weight than our GCSE grades, so no, it's not too late.
Realize, though, that not handling stress well will be a undergo in med school and residency, where stress is worse than you can think.
Unless you are applying to medical school straight out of high conservatory, then you could have made all Cs and it would not own changed anything. Medical school admittance is going to be concerned about your GPA after graduate from College as well as your MCAT scores and your extra-curricular activities.
I suggest staying focused on arts school because it will only get harder from here if medical school is your destination, and while surrounded by high school and undergraduate, you should try to be involved in as much volunteer work and extra-curricular work that have to do with medicine, such as volunteering at a hospital or nursing home, shadow a few doctors, ect. Some Medical schools will be ok near those grades and of course your A-levels will carry more weight. You want AAA at A-level, some medical schools will accept AAB. Competition for places is high. To maximise your probability of getting through, try and get a part- time job which is health keeping related Source(s): Registered Nurse
Hi
You maybe ok, you need to contact a few universities and find out. They in general want AAA. You may be able to do a gateway year :)
Hope this helps
