Why am I so thirsty in a minute?
I've had an unquenchable thirst the past couple of days. I did have seriously of salty food a few days ago, then ran surrounded by 92 degree heat -- but didn't sweat much while doing that, relative to the amount I normally sweat.

Your body is telling you that you own diminished your water content and need to keep hydrating. I hold done the heat stroke thing, and believe you do not want to go that route. Slow your routine down a few days, drink excessive amount of dampen and gator aid. Stay out of the sun as much as possible, next week you will be back contained by full swing.

I'll a short time ago answer your question seriously. I'm too tired to think of anything else funny to say, anyway. Sometimes, I'll catch thirstier than usual, too. A lot of it probably has to do with the heat, leisure level, and as you mentioned, the amount of water your body loses through sweat. I guess our bodies can take a couple days or so to procure re-hydrated and back to normal.
You are lucky to have so various of us to care about your welfare. ; )
You involve to go to the ER, now! You could possibly be dehydrated.

Have a blood sugar exam done, an unquenchable thirst is often the first sign of diabetes, make sure you have mineral drinks to resembling staminade or gatorade as well to keep your electrolyte balance staus within check, if no better in a day or two then stale to the doctors with you :)
Electrolytes my friend. As much as I revulsion the stuff, drink some Gatorade. Get some potassium and sodium into your body.

Eddie, you stir to ER with Megan, get in your stirrups, & I'll pour rime water over the both of you. That WILL wet you both down & cool you both greatly. Can't beat that one! Take along a straw surrounded by case you'd like a sip or two...:)

Perhaps someone has be doing something to the water so that it actually dehydrates you instead of hydrates.

but to answer, ur body may need to replace other forms of water rlease, beyond only sweating. been peeing a lot lately? bil does and get thirsty when his blood sugar is messed up.
