I took partly a valium, 0.5mg friday, how long will it bear to be out of my system?
I have never took it before or any other drugs. It was have been 5 days, I am wondering if it is out of my system yet or how long it will take.

The partly life of Valium is 30-60 hours. This is the time it takes the body to get rid of partly of the drug in your system. So if you took it Friday, it's been about 2 to 4 partially lives. That means there is about 12.5 to 6.25% of the dose still within your body. I would guess this is a detectable amount if you were to take a drug test, but I'm not sure exactly how sensitive these test are (what the minimum dose it can detect).
So... There would be a tiny bit of drug floating around in your blood for probably a couple weeks, but again, it depends on how much it takes for a drug test to detect, whether it would know how to pick it up. Source(s): Pharmacy student
