What's wrong near my brain....?
In January of 2008 I had a surgery, the type of surgery is not important, it was an elective/reconstructive surgery.
Before the surgery I have no neurological problems, but the next day after the surgery after all of the anaesthesia have worn off I couldn't remember anything anymore. It seems like adjectives of my memories just disappeared. I thought maybe it was merely the pain medications I was taking and expected it to turn away, but it didn't.
I went to go see a neurologist and he told me I probably had a hypoxic brain injury. He told me it would obtain better with time, but it hasn't really gotten that much better. It's going on two years now and I can't remember anything from my past, and it take me a long time to learn new things.
I'm going to school and still doing in good health, but it's hard, much harder than before.
I am only 22 years hoary, so that rules out Alzheimer's. I don't smoke, drink, or use drugs nor have I ever abused any substances.
It is extremely depressing to me that I can't remember anything anymore.
What do you think?

Have you considered taking nootropics or something of that sort? I'm no neurologist, so I'm not sure if that would help (are you already taking them?). But they can stimulate rudeness growth, give your brain more oxygen and so forth, which might help your recovery. Ask the doctor, I guess?
Nerve vandalize of some sort, really see a professional soon it may worsen. If it doesnt turn out to be medical, maybe you have some sort of trama?
Hope this helps
