Im curious almost the method drugs are taken.?

Since there are different ways to get a drug into your system, which is the most effective? Lets say-so vicodin or percocet, does it really matter if you take it orally, snort it, crush it up and swallow it, or smoke it? Will in that be different consequences? Please explain

The route of administration of a drug plays deeply into how "bioavailable" a drug is. Basically how much of the drug in actuality absorbs into your blood stream. Of course IV is your control since 100% of drug has been enter into your blood stream.

So your route of administration can determine your drugs uptake into the body and thus how strong of an effect it may have.

Smoking in suggestion is the next fastest way into the blood stream (since your respiratory tract is so highly perfused by blood vessel.). However not all drugs are diffusible through lung tissue, meaning some drugs chemically are not able to enter the blood through this method. This can affect how much of the drug is if truth be told absorbed, maybe only 20% of your intake of nicotine is in truth abosrbed vs. IV it would be 100%. certain drugs like marijuana has plentiful chemicals which are "hydrophobic" and thus able to penetrate the membrane of the respiratory tract and enter the blood vessels which exist lately beyond the membrane. However cocaine is un able to absorb through this way and must be converted into Crack cocaine (free based) within order to allow proper uptake through this method.

Snorting a drug undoubtedly yields a quicker response than swallowing, however the theory into how it get into the brain is of heated debate. It is believed that the large bed of capillaries behind the sinus is what absorb the drug quickly into the blood and may merge with blood vessels which infuse the brain much more readily. Other school of thought suggest that channels of entry into the brain do exist through direct contact with the olfactory tract. This would mean that drugs snorted gain entry into the brain through direct pathway vs. entering blood circulation and passing a rigorous barrier known as the blood brain line.

ingestion of a drug is a much more regulated process. the drug must first survive an onslaught of chemically abrasive environments (i.e. stomach). next a digestion process has to begin. This method tends to let go a lower concentration but can also yield similar to other forms (depending on the chemical nature) in the blood yet various aspects of its formulation can determine this.

basically which way gets to the blood the quickest, and thus get to the brain the quickest, and thus which is most addictive/enjoyable, achieve a greater "high". Some drugs have chemical characteristics that make it impossible to hold your attention through certain routes, and other may not hit you in the same path you want them to. Lots of factors go into this. but technically if you want the most bang for your buck injecting is the route to go, although if you do that i am pretty sure you admit defeat to your desires.
