Prozac and Alcoholic beverages?
I know it's generally not good to drink alcohol when you are on medication, so can I just not lift my 10 mg prozac on the day I want to drink, or would it still be in my system from the previous day?

it sucks sooo bad. i know, im on lexapro. 10 mg arent that bad, u can prlly drink in recent times not that much
It is safe, as in the sense that near is no real interaction between the 2, as you see with some other medications.
The concern is that alcohol is a depressant, something of which an already depressed personality does NOT need that.

The newer drugs like prozac are safer with alcohol although not completely safe. Prozac have a half life in the body of 35 hours aim after 35 hours your 10 mg dose is like a 5 mg dose (but still there). So your big question should be how much can I drink and can I stop after 1 drink, which is all you should know how to tolerate safely. best not drink really:)
