Looking for the best specialist who can endow with a proper diagnosis on Multiple Sclerosis?

I have been dealing with a monkey on my support since 2005, that scary monkey was the thought I might have MS, neurologist after neurologist be never clear some never got back to me, No one did a comparison on my mri scans, adjectives they say is that they see some white dots, and when they hear my symptoms they assume right away, I do not have all the symptoms of MS, the few i enjoy can be associated with the bulges in my spine and my back individual out of whack, when i went to the chiropractor i did feel better for about a year, but i tolerate stress over take my life and my whole one seems to be down, I need to know where the best doctor, or herbalist or homeopathic solution is, i enjoy bad luck picking doctors, and if anyone can help point me in he right direction for a correct diagnosis, I would consider them an angel and be soooo grateful. I inevitability help, 10years of medical problems and 10years of research i'm at my end, and have no view where the right answers and people are, someone PLEASE HELP

Have you had a neurologist charge a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) on you? I had MS symptoms (optic neuritis, fatigue, memory issues) but my MRI lesions were small. We did the spinal hit and that was how mine confirmed my diagnosis. He checked my spinal fluid and same there was obstinately and autoimmune disease, and check me for others like Lupus and limes disease. Once everything else was ruled out, we knew the solely thing left was MS
