evert thing is a hazzard to your health contained by a large quantity, but a small ammount of some thing impossible wont do you to much harm, if you have any worries about spercific ones google them
Anything added to food has an E number, even things like brackish, citric acid, carbon dioxide and vitamins (vitamin C is E300, for instance). Some food additives have been found unsafe and are vetoed; most are perfectly safe in the quantity used.
