It does not matter. Morphine is not normally tested for during drug screens. Think of it this style. When a company decides to give drug tests, they repay for each drug that they want to be tested for. There are a million drugs out there. They cannot afford to test for everything.

Yes it can. It metabolizes out of the blood stream more quickly than the urine. Morphine is an opiate and most opiates have a 48 hour elimination rate from the urine stream and almost a 36 hour elimination from the blood stream.
As for the testing itself, there are lots companies that order the full panel drug screens these days, as the private usage of legal drugs has increased substantially over the past two decades.
If your taster is sent out to a contract clinical lab for the drug screen (like LabCorp or Quest) then it will most likely be tested for adjectives opiates and their metabolites (which includes morphine).
If your sample is to be performed by some "in house" theory test kit, then it is about 50/50 depending on the tackle the place uses. Some get the Uni kits which just are non-specific qualtiative test, meaning they test for drug classes as a whole (I.e. opiates, benzos, amphetimines, etc.) and if a tolerant pops a positive for any class, it is sent out for confirmatory testing via GC-MS (for blood), and it is here where it will be determined exactly what drug compound within the class is presnt, as powerfully as the metabolites of said drug compound.
I dont know how long you have until you have to take this interview or why you are having to take it (most companies do the urine drug screen because they are smaller amount invasive and are cheaper), but either way, just know the factor:
