This is rhetoric used for the purpose of no more then getting publicity. Anyone that knows anything about prescription would know why this is an impossible feat. That is unless, of course, you're God. There is no cure for either of these and never will be. Which type of cancer be this supposed to be anyway? There are so many not even an oncologist would not know them all. The other is supposedly AIDS which you would also need to include HIV. That is unless you're one of the culture that thinks AIDS is any combination of autoimmune disorders and that would be just as unlikely anyway. Next time someone comes up with something close to this please add the source you got the "news" from so the rest of us can see it too. Good luck and God Bless
