Continual shoulder dislocating, how to prove it?

hi. I'm 20 and my shoulder has been dislocated for 4 or 5 times. although the doctors have said that I must own an surgery but today my MRI shows that there is no problem, how come is that??
how can I prove that my shoulder is loosen.plz!
