first, its called adderall not alderall and you have need of a prescription. don't take it if you don't need it. i just get done learning about it in nursing conservatory and some of the side effects aren't so hot.

First, it is called Aderall, and you need to go see a Psychitrist surrounded by order to be prescribed Aderall. There are two things Aderall does for you, it helps people next to ADD and/or mental behavioral problems, my husband is on it and it truly has done wonders for his concentration, he is in the Army and has a pretty hectic position, now he breezes through it. But if you want to be prescribed it you really need to go see the doctor roughly it, also if you are seeing a psychitrist it is always in your best intrest to follow up with a psychologist, because you don't want to stay on psychotropic drugs for the rest of your existence (drugs that alter your mind), so seeing a psychologist will help you by taking and giving you techniques to help you tuning your situation.
I have ADHD and am on Vyvanse, it is a fairly new drug but have less side effects than a lot of other ADD/ADHD meds out there and have done great things for me while getting through school.
