HepBsAg cover by herbal remedies?

My patient is tested HepBsAg positive (reactive by EIA and PCR).

He took some herbal remedies for 3 months. When i repeat HBsAg again, it's negative!

I proceed to have him vaccinate against HepB.

After completion of 3 jabs (0,1,5 regime), his HBsAb measured >120!

Now my questions are -
1 - what is his Hep B status?
2 - is he considered contagious (as to transmission of HepB virus)?
3 - what will be the result of HBsAg if he stop taking it?
4 - can anyone figure out how does this herbal remedies work? Suppressing the virus?
5 - what occur to the virus (in terms of virology)?

The contents of the herbal tabs - Nigella Sativa and honey.
Answers:
His surface antibodies (either by exposure or vaccine) have removed the surface antigen.

Did you do core antigen/antibody studies?

1. Immune
2. depends on core antibody status
3. Won't loose change, unrelated
4. Of only co-indicental connection, not cause-effect
5. Virus is expected gone, again depending on core antigen status.
