How come when I lay down and consequently stand up I nearly verbs?
It scares the crap out of me, sometimes when I lay down for about 15 minutes (not sleeping just resting from when I come home from glorious school) and then i stand up i nearly blackout, Seriously i'm not lying it's weird and after i nearly blackout i got worried and my hear was beating like 100MPH. Is within anything wrong with me? is it normal to nearly black out when you stand up?

You are young and do not hold very toned musculature. It is postural/orthostatic hypotension and happened to me for years, until I got antediluvian enough to have a little high pressure. It is normal in your age, but if you want to diminish this phenomenon, you can hit the gym and exercise.
This is what happen...
Your lower body - legs - has more pressure excersiced on your veins through your muscles (muscular tone) than your upper body.
This is done because it was designed to counter the effects of gravity, other erudite your blood would have a hard time getting to your head, where on earth it is needed (Believed or not!) to think and perform the brain functions, like living!
When you ly down, adjectives the blood flows effortly along your body. When you stand up, the flow/weight ofit leaves the brain without the perfet ratio of blood/oxygen required to provide the notion of "being" and your brain notices it...hence you almost crap out!
You may increment the force of your muscles by excercise, or increment your blood presure (if it'slow) with dietary suplements.

Pretty much your blood pressure falls significantly for a short amount of time when you stand up suddenly after sitting or lying down for a while.
Don't worry, it's normal. It happen to me all of the time. I know someone who did actually blackout from it.
Try standing up slowly and going to a sitting position first. That should stop it from happening.
As far as I know when you lay still for a couple of minutes your heart beats slower & when you stand up the heart should beat faster so that the blood can get pumped to your come first as much as it did before...you nearly black out because for a moment less blood is pumped to your come first but if you stand still for 2 seconds or so you'll feel normal again

it could be several things but a few come to mind right away...orthostatic hypotension which i see others have already explained. also you could be dehydrated. when you are parched, your bp drops and causes your Heart rate to race as you stand or walk.
enjoy someone take your blood pressure laying flat, sitting and stand up to see if there is a difference within bp and heart rate. if your heart rate doubles or comes close, you need to see your MD. if you know that you've been exercising alot or engaging contained by alot of physical activities, drink plenty of fluids...ASAP and see if that relieves it.

This is due to your blood pressure bottming out, what you entail to do is when you go to get up sit on the edge of the bed or couch for at lease 2-3 mins this will even out your blood pressure and you should not surface like you are going to pass out. If this does not help you may enjoy a inner ear problem and need to see a doctor. Make sure your parents know what is going on incase you do pass out they will be able to report medics what is wrong when they call 911 or take you to a hospital.
This is a common condition and be caused by several things. First is if your blood pressure is low. When you go from resting to standing it's equal action on the heart as if it just did a flip in the heavens. Gravity pulls at every surface of the body and this is the reaction the brain has. Then low blood sugar can cause matching result. The last thing that jumps to mind in need any actual heart damage is being overweight.
