I'm alarmed of overdosing on escitalopram?
I am always scared of taking tablets in shield of overdosing on them is it possible to overdoseo escitalopram?

Yes but I don't think it would be a horrible way to go somehow.
Sure, it's possible to overdose. But not at 10 mg once a day. If you take it resembling you're supposed to, you have nothing whatsoever to worry going on for. You may have some side effects, but every drug has side effects.
You're at the lower dose of Lexapro, also. The higher dose of it is 20 mg/day. Even at that dose, near is little chance of overdose/death, unless you're allergic to something in the drug and have a severe allergic allergic reaction or if you are extremely hypersensitive to the drug.
Yes people do abuse antidepressants all the time and lots people have died from them (and it's NOT a pleasant way to stir - seizure, delerium, and death), but that's from being extremely irresponsible on them and/or trying to commit suicide.

Yes, even over the counter medicine kills a large number of empire every year. If you are worried about the risk you should not use the medication as this will cause other health problems. If I be you I would consult a Doctor or healer who does not use medication and slowly ease off the pills as you increase the alternative therapy. In my experience doctors will not refer you to someone who will treat you in need pills but maybe you have one who is aware that Allopathy is one of the newest forms of condition treatment on the planet.
