List of Medical Doctors and etc.?

Hi, So I am a senior in HS and I am debating between doing prepharm in college(purdue univ west laf) or premed(Indiana univ bloomington).

Anyways... I just want 2 things(but the more the merrier). A record of doctors... and what they see. NOT what they do, I can easily google their job description. I want to know what each doctor would see within the hospital/clinic/whatever... as in patients. I always hear stories about how a being becomes a pediatrician... and decideds that kids suck and blech. I don't want to do that... So like... what would the typical day be resembling for a doctor in an average work environment. Will they see old patients, young patients, patients guaranteed to die, patients guaranteed to live, lots of paperwork or what? Will they be considered a minor doctor to the long-suffering or one that the patient always relies on?

If I go medical... I am partiality towards hospital... because I like the thought of working in a big building and environment. So please aim for jobs that are see most in the hospital.

anyways... I apologize for the longness of this question, and feel free to bestow your opinions and your own long or short answers.

For at least the first two years or so, you will be taking the same classes any way. Both pre-med and pre-pharm are going to be heavy on biology, chemistry, and physics. So begin your studies within college and try to shadow a physician and a pharmacist in a local hospital/clinic to see which one you like.

Also, there are pharmacists who work contained by the hospital. They come a lot to the ER where I work during codes to mix up the medicines for relations in serious medical conditions.
I would suggest you brush up on your English, if you intend to practice in that language. It is "length", not long-ness. Misuse of such words will not win you far in the door of medical practice.

You will need to do your own research for different medical practices, and more importantly, you will need to find what incites your dedication to practice, not from some "list". You will have ample opportunity to choose a specialty, once you have been agreed.
