What over the counter diet pills do you thieve?
I know I am going to get tons of different answers here, but I am looking to start taking diet pills (over the counter). I don't know if I should just take something that lowers my appetite or an actual 'diet pill'. I work out 4 days a week for an hour respectively day. I need something to speed up the weight loss.
Any suggestions beside reasons behind it, and personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Finding time for the gym or cooking in good health food was not something I ever really found time to think about.
